Greg joined Graywood Sporting Group in 2007, initially managing the Ontario market across the dealer, chain, and wholesale channels. In 2014, he became a partner in the company and remains an owner today.
With nearly two decades at Graywood, Greg has played an important role in helping grow the agency, strengthen relationships with customers and brand partners, and build the company into a leading presence in Canada’s hunting, fishing, and outdoor industry.
Outside of work, Greg is an avid hunter and fisherman. When he’s not spending time in the outdoors, he can usually be found at the arena coaching hockey or lacrosse.

Kyle Carruthers is a co-owner of Graywood Sporting Group and has spent his career
working in the Canadian outdoor and sporting goods industry, helping grow brands,
build dealer relationships, and develop new opportunities across the country.
Kyle works closely with Graywood’s brand partners, dealer network, and sales team on
everything from sales strategy and product launches to marketing initiatives, events,
and long-term business development. His focus has always been on building strong
relationships and finding ways to help both brands and dealers succeed.
Outside of Graywood, Kyle is also heavily involved in the fishing industry as the founder
of CANCAST Fishing Show and is passionate about continuing to grow and support the
outdoor community in Canada.
When he’s not working, Kyle can usually be found fishing, hunting, snowmobiling,
camping, or spending time outdoors with his family. The outdoors has always been a
major part of his life, and today he enjoys passing that same passion on to the next
generation.

Beth Mercer
Office Manger
Beth Mercer is the Office Manager at Graywood Sporting Group and has been an integral part of the company for more than 32 years.
Over that time, Beth has become the backbone of the day-to-day operations at Graywood, overseeing office management, administration, coordination, and countless other responsibilities that keep the company running smoothly.
Her experience, organization, and deep knowledge of the business make her an invaluable part of the Graywood team. Simply put, if something needs to get done, there’s a good chance Beth has a hand in making it happen.

Darren Hasson

Darren Hasson is a Territory Sales Representative with Graywood Sporting Group, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the outdoor and sporting goods industry.
Darren works closely with his dealer network throughout Atlantic Canada, providing product knowledge across a variety of brands, supporting marketing programs, and helping coordinate events and initiatives that drive success for his customers.
Outside of work, Darren enjoys the solitude of the mountains and takes every opportunity he can to head into the backcountry in pursuit of big game with his bow and rifle.

Phillippe Soucy

Philippe Soucy is a Quebec Territory Sales Representative with Graywood Sporting
Group, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the snowmobile and powersports
industry. Phil works closely with dealers throughout Quebec, representing the FXR
brand and helping his customers grow their business.
Before joining Graywood, Phil spent 15 years working in sales in the Snomobile indsutry
and as a consultant in business development, giving him a strong understanding of both
the dealer and consumer side of the business. He enjoys building long-term
relationships with his customers and finding new opportunities to help them succeed.
Outside of work, Phil is an avid snowmobiler, biker, hunter, and outdoorsman who
spends as much time as possible on the snow or water or in the woods with his family.

LP Gagnon

LP has been an ambassador in the powersports industry for the past 11 years , from guiding and racing to rocking corporate booths at trade shows.
Now on the big stage, he’s our sales rep for Eastern Quebec and part of New Brunswick, working closely with dealers, tracks, and riders throughout the region.

Patrick Ally recently joined Graywood Sporting Group, bringing more than 35 years of experience in the hunting and fishing industry. He spent his first 20 years as an ambassador for several major outdoor brands before transitioning into sales, where he has spent the past 15 years representing and growing brands throughout Quebec.
Over the years, Patrick has built strong relationships across the province and developed a reputation for understanding his customers, the market, and what it takes to help businesses grow.
Outside of work, Patrick has a lifelong passion for the outdoors. Whether he’s hunting, fishing, trapping, snowmobiling, or simply spending time outside, it’s a lifestyle that has always been a big part of who he is. Today, one of his greatest joys is passing that same passion for the outdoors on to his two boys.

JP Tremblay

JP Tremblay joined Graywood Sporting Group in 2011 as a Territory Sales Representative. He works closely with dealers throughout Quebec, representing a variety of leading outdoor brands and helping his customers find opportunities and grow their business.
Before joining Graywood, JP spent several years working in the financial market as a commodity broker, money manager and investment dealer mainly for an institutional clientele. Establishing long-term relationships with his customers and guiding them through the financial side of the business is a key factor for his customers to succeed in the Outdoor industry.
Outside of work, when not with the family, JP is a passionate deer hunter and outdoorsman who spends as much time as possible on the water and also under as an advanced scuba diver.

Warren McRae

Warren has been a member of Graywood Sporting Group since 2021, joining the team with a strong background in sales and territory management, along with a lifelong passion for fishing and hunting.
An accomplished tournament angler, Warren has earned numerous wins on the Ontario tournament circuits and has represented Team Ontario at past international events.
Warren represents all brands within the Graywood agency and brings his industry knowledge, competitive experience, and passion for the outdoors to the dealers he works with.
When he’s not on the water during the summer, you can often find Warren exploring the backcountry in his side-by-side or hitting the trails on his snowmobile throughout the winter.

Morgan “Moe” Barr

Morgan Barr joins Graywood Sporting Group as the youngest member of the team, but don’t let his age fool you. Growing up around both powersports and hunting, Morgan brings a level of product knowledge and industry experience well beyond his years.
Morgan represents all brands within the Graywood agency throughout Ontario, working closely with dealers to support their business and help grow the brands he represents.
When he’s not travelling the road visiting accounts, you can usually find Morgan supporting dealer events, trade shows, and industry gatherings across the country, helping showcase Graywood’s brands and products to customers and outdoor enthusiasts.

Jeremy Morrison

Jeremy started out in the Outdoor industry in 2007 and worked 7 years as a Sales Rep for two Hunt/Fish Distributors, covering MB, SK & NW ONT. Being new to the industry, a lot of time was spent travelling the territory, knocking on doors, making connections, listening to dealers and building relationships. In 2015, Jeremy joined Graywood and continues to cover the same territory, still working with many of the same buyers for almost 20 years.
In his spare time, when he isn't watching his kids sporting events, he loves to be outdoors Hunting, Fishing, wandering around in the bush, Golfing and spending time with family.

Aaron Wiebe

A Southern Manitoban living his dreams working in the Powersports Territories of Northwest Ontario and Manitoba. For 25 years with FXR Racing, Aaron has had the honor of growing the brand through several Sales Territories of North America and also worked with Global Dealers as the brand grew into the #1 for Snowmobile and Outdoor Apparel including MotoCross and Pro Fish.
Aaron Raced Pro Motocross and played JR Hockey in Manitoba growing up. Riding his early years for the Owner of FXR, Milt Reimer who was just breaking into creating FXR. Several years later Aaronwas able to go to work for Milt at FXR and stayed with the company in a variety of positions dealing with Sales, Marketing, Pricing and Forecasting.
Aaron now reports to the Graywood Sporting Group and still holds a consulting position with FXR.
Married with 2 Children, Aaron spends his time at the MX track in summer and on the Trail or the Ice Rink in the winter.

Travis Potgieter
British Columbia/Northern Alberta
Travis Potgieter is a Territory Sales Representative with Graywood Sporting Group,
covering British Columbia and Northern Alberta. Having been involved in the
powersports industry for most of his life, Travis brings more than 10 years of sales
experience along with a strong understanding of both the retail and enthusiast sides of
the business.
Before joining Graywood, Travis built and operated a powersports graphics business,
which he continues to run today, while also gaining extensive experience in powersports
retail management. His involvement in the industry extends well beyond his professional
career, having represented Stark and other brands as an ambassador through his
passion for powersports.
Outside of work, Travis is an avid powersports and outdoor enthusiast. Whether he’s
riding motocross, snowmobiling, jet skiing, or mountain biking, he spends as much of
his free time as possible enjoying the sports, lifestyle, and industry he represents.

Jason specializes in mass merchant accounts and relationship building, working closely with key customers to develop long-term partnerships and create opportunities for growth across Graywood’s brand portfolio.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time outdoors and is always looking for his next adventure. You can often find him fishing a trout pond or chasing the latest thrill somewhere in the mountains.
